It might be a good time to brush up on your merit badge making skills.

We will be needing your one-of-a-kind homemade photoshopped merit badge as soon as you can finish it.

Here is a tutorial in photoshop badge making. Another option which looks promising (although I haven't tried it) is this free downloadable embroidery effect . And if you want to start from scratch, here are a bunch of real boyscout badges you can use as a base.
